That's OK

Lean into cheap instants and cantrips so Niv-Mizzet triggers repeatedly in a single turn

Part of why these are so powerful is they can act like spells that, mostly, cant be countered

Given the relatively small amount of removal in Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty limited, there is less risk of this getting one of the player's lands targeted by a kill spell

While this card will be an auto-include in my Sakashima the Impostor Commander deck, I'm also excited to see it played in Zendikar Rising Limited, where it potentially ends up as a dual-class party member, a copy of a massive creature you already control, or even a land drop when you really need it
