You can remove two cards from your graveyard (probably setting you back below threshold) to make a single player discard a single card of their choice, at sorcery speed
Many players will be familiar with such systems as they drive the competitive side of the service
The secondary market value of that game is a large part of their justification for buying it
However, given it can be shifted into the much stronger and more noteworthy Milo Thatch King of Atlantis, this card could be very, very handy indeed
