I also play very, very good cards, and I sometimes feel bad for playing them because I don't think it's that interesting to just grab the best new cardboard with the goal of maximizing my win percentage
This game was only released in Japan back in 2001, so it is unlikely that many players even knew about this Angel before the Secret Lair finally printed it as a physical card
Here are the most popular alternate commanders from these lists (according to EDHREC): Zaxara, the Exemplary (Enhanced Evolution) Xyris, the Writhing Storm (Arcane Maelstrom) Haldan, Avid Arcanist // Pako, Arcane Retriever (Arcane Maelstrom) Several of the other new cards show up in more niche strategies, though these are the most impactful from Commander 2020
But I find that there is normally a worse threat in the above three categories that I have to sandblast
'Mirabel Madrigal - Gift of the Family' may buff other Madrigals, but you're not going to pull this card consistently, as the starter deck only has one copy
Legacy's Allure was a decent way of getting some nice early tempo and disruption on the aggressive decks that wasn't dead in other matchups quite as much as most other hoser cards are
