Scavenging Ooze has to be one of my favorite Standard creatures of all time, and while I think it's a nice reprint it feels outclassed compared to Tranquil Frillback, which can also deal with Artifacts or Enchantments
But its not just the age of this card which makes it hard to come by, this variant has several other factors that it very rare which Ill detail below: It is the Blue Back version, which is far rarer than the Green Back version which was printed later It also doesnt have the number, which was later included on the top-left of the card PSA doesnt distinguish between the No Number and Numbered variants in their population report, but of the 24 PSA 10s that exist only 2 are known to be No Numbered copies you dont get much rarer than that

Without Time Walk as an option, you will have to go through a game without that needed Pokemon, handicapped from the start, or you will have to rely on chance every time you take a Prize to draw into it
