Itll trigger all manner of payoffs, and while the activated ability is expensive and probably wont be used that often, it might come in clutch from time to time

You must still pay all costs and follow any timing restrictions and permissions for artifact spells you cast from your graveyard this way

A card like this is excellent, because it'll help you to win in multiple different situations
