Hopefully there will be some new ramp cards in Shadows over Innistrad , but based on what has been released so far, I dont have high hopes

So knowing this, on its own, the only reason you would want to use this card in a deck is to do 100 damage a turn with Shining Wind, other than that, there isn't much else to talk about with this card
