The tutor side of the card is pretty bad on its own, but because its attached to a creature, you can sort of look at this as a 5-mana 2/2 with double strike that tutors something up, and thats actually a quality card, especially because the card you get is going to synergize with Kellan The Adventure side gives you a full card, and the creature side usually will too
It can be sorted by color or cost too
Spending this much and adding minimally to the board is just something you want to do in most formats
You can use it as a sort of protective spell by responding to an opponents removal spell and copying the creature they attempt to kill, or surprise a creature like Niv-Mizzet, Parun in combat to trade
Cards like Combat CelebrantCombat Celebrant have a tendency of going infinite quite easily, so its certainly a deck youd want to clear with your playgroup
