Im confused pokenoob February 7, 2024, 2:17pm 8 Ill play devils advocate here and say Ive opened many cases where boxes came out with loose wrap and or/ it had that dimpled plastic on the top or bottom or side
Many are still visually decent for personal collections
Cards like Tinybones, Bauble Burglar and Halo Forager allow you to further cast spells from your opponents, while Siphon Insight and Xanathar, Guild Kingpin complement the spell-stealing strategy
It was awesome in two ways because your little Basic Pokmon werent as likely to get utterly annihilated by other Pokmon during the start of the game (well except for the whole Machamp thing, but Im talking more specifically about weakness here) and as an added bonus you could do some serious damage to your opponents bigger Pokmon with your smaller Pokmon if you fell behind (Ill hit your Machamp for 50 for one Energy with my Uxie)
Whether its a three-color Commander or some extra fetch lands to smooth out your mana base, extra colors can usher a little extra risk in exchange for a big reward
The only other foil card in the set is [card]Lhurgoyf[/card] and to top it all off, every other card is non-foil and white bordered
