If your deck needs to win early or has ways to filter weaker cards later in the game and has a healthy number of cards this accelerates it should probably be a consideration for your deck (assuming it as already blue which most artifact heavy decks are)

Profit // Loss: Im not exactly sure how to evaluate this or cards like Izzet Staticaster and Electrickery in full block yet, but this one is at least an awesome combat trick that will blow out almost all of your opponents creatures in combat if they dont have x/1s to pick off with Loss
almost any card can be used as Ink, which solves the problem of not having enough Energy, as in Pokemon, or Mana, as in Magic: The Gathering
And since we're a typal deck you have to include Coat of Arms and Vanquisher's Banner
