At the beginning of your end step, create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with "This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control." The ability of that Construct token does count the Construct itself, so it'll be at least 1/1
Having this in your hand without enough creatures in play sounds absolutely miserable, so I wouldnt bother running this at all
(Tokens aren't cards.) Zone of Flame's last ability only triggers once for each instance where cards are put into or removed from the enchanted zone, no matter how many cards were put into or taken out of that zone at the same time
