My first instinct was Dream Devourer in some clunky two-card combo deck in Pioneer or Historic equivalent to Moderns Ad Nauseam plus Angels Grace, especially since an 0/3 creature doesnt have to deal with Lightning Bolt in either format, but I dont know if something to that effect exists
