Used with some inkwell-adding Sapphire cards, such as Heart of Te Fiti, this can quickly add up to a lot of lore gained on every turn.

A staple for control decks, this card is a reliable character removal tool, being able to send exerted characters to a player's Inkwell, an incredibly powerful ability which is difficult to counter

Making your characters into ink lets you play bigger/more characters later

Both decks are totally playable, with a power-to-complexity level just about right for beginners easing into the game
