Anyone who doesn't just automatically use a d20 instead of a d6 to track the +1/+1 counters is just being disingenuous
Even worse for them, any card that hits their graveyard (unless you controlled it) is exiled instead, and Valgavoth lets you cast those exiled cards later for just life instead of mana
