Sometimes, going against the grain and snapping up unpopular sets while theyre cheap can set you up for a future sweep
I cast a turn-one Telepathy, and the new player scooped his cards up and left, saying I dont play against Telepathy, it just reveals everyones game plan and then another player can backseat game once they see someone has a victory cinched up. He proceeded to walk away for five minutes, then returned and backseat-gamed us until he saw a winning hand
It also has a free switch in with its ability, which is not strictly necessary but a nice addition nonetheless
The adventure portion, Alter Fate, doesn't bring a creature back directly to the battlefield, but the hand is good enough for two mana - Especially when you consider that you have access to a 2/2 with flying after you've cast it
The back faces of cards with disturb have an ability that exiles them instead if they would be put into a graveyard from anywhere
It also can be used as spell prevention, protecting your faeries from anything that's thrown at them
