So after reviewing this card I would definitely try and include this card in my deck if I had the room, Extreme Attack and Wind Erosion are both extremely powerful and will cause a lot of damage to your opponent's strategy
While theres not going to be a set answer for every deck, Ive personally found that 4-5 is a good minimum for most decks I play in Commander, though if you play a deck that doesnt use a lot of creatures, you could easily find yourself playing more than 10
