I could easily see this slotting into decks where there are no Squirrels

Dont get me wrong, Balthier and Fran is quite strong, but there are so few vehicles in Final Fantasy that you can play in a red/green deck that this just feels incredibly out of place

Susan Foreman makes an excellent Doctors companion, coming down on Turn 2, and if your mana works out, you can cast The Fifth Doctor on Turn 3

That gives you a sheer amount of flexibility in the Bellower that is hard to touch, and for that reason, I rate it highly
