While youve only got 20 life to play with in Dual Commander, this is still more than enough to draw what you need

The only traditional mana rocks here are Arcane Signet and Sol Ring since you literally cant leave home without them unless you want the Commander Rules Committee visiting you in the middle of the night with a sock full of pennies

This is a less political option than the previous two entries, but feels a bit less risky than paying to load up someone elses hand

This may be a strong mechanic as it rewards players for doing something they already do without a payoff
