Weather Report Everything about this card is just confusing

Its colors are clean and naturally balanced, keeping the text and fine details razor-sharp

Its attack isn't as impressive as its ability, but it does work in tandem with it as it deals 30 more damage on top of the 10 it already gets for every damage counter on the card

For anybody interested in short-term investment, purchasing a double-digit number of copies seems relatively safe before another potential reprint
