Unless you're all in on something like a Travel Preparations deck or something, I'm going to suggest you pass on this one
Like Axgard Braggart, it's not the end of the world for Frostpeak Yeti to end up in your deck if you're desperate for playables, but you should be drafting so this doesn't happen
If a face-down creature loses its abilities, it can't be turned face up with a disguise or morph ability because it will no longer have that ability (or the associated cost) once face up
Its effect is similar to Ojutai's in that it activates whenever a Dragon attacks, but Dromoka is more geared toward strengthening your board
