By double-sleeving your cards you protect the top of the card that is usually slightly exposed, when only using one sleeve
Not only will they end up drawing more lands then they need, but the top of their deck will have less high-impact cards the longer the game goes (nice Cloudfin Raptor/Elvish Mystic!)
