Both Goblinslide and Quiet Contemplation are excellent ways to keep the board under control temporarily so that you can stall into End Hostilities or a similar sweeper, and the Ascendancy provides the filtering necessary to make sure you wont flood out
This is the one discard outlet that incurs card disadvantage that is powerful enough to still see a lot of play in the midrange cubes

Arthur is an incredibly powerful card that allows you to earn lore with your weak questers like Lilo, Making a Wish and Pinnochio, Star Attraction, then bounce them back to your hand to keep them safe from challenges - while also rewarding you with two lore for doing it
I dont like when cards are this easy to turn into infinite combos, and I really dont like infinite combos to begin with
