In a September 2024 press release announcing their authentication of the prototypes, the company said it had worked very closely with Akabane to verify the cards authenticity and history. Its website states that the company guarantees that all graded cards have been inspected by at least two professionals and that they are thus certified to be authentic and not overgraded (not graded higher than CGC Cards Grading Standards)
