To reiterate, here is the criteria I'm looking at: Honorable Mention - These usually will be a cycle or group of cards that are great but don't quite measure up to the "best" in the categories we have chosen to cover
If the level had been, say, 50 or something, that would have been a lot more understandable, it would have made these cards invaluable in the late game, where you WILL be needing them, but apparently, that would help you too much
Prices go up when products are in demand, while collectors sweep the shelves when they find a retailer selling for below market value
