The only real functionality is related to mana generation: Any mana generated by snow permanents counts as snow mana
Betor is a very defensive deck, so if you like walling up (sometimes literally with Wall creatures), Betor, Kin to All is a great choice of commander
If you play this really early, youre likely to get a lot of counters on it and eventually use the ability and reload your hand, at which point youve got a great chance at winningbut at the same time it adds a body to the board that basically doesnt matter, and it is a body that can die to lots of cheap removal too
