Even if this is the most powerful card on your board, turning a field full of 1/1s into 3/3s is nothing to scoff at
It cannot hit planeswalkers and then it's here to grab expensive stuff since your tokens won't get hit and whichever of artifacts and/or enchantments that needs to be swept, or which will hurt you less
In a similar vein to Tempt with Discovery, Collective Voyage gives the whole table the opportunity to search for as many lands as they can pay for
So make sure you've got a high perception score as you crack open boxes of Universes Beyond: Fallout
As someone quite used to missing land drops at inopportune moments, or milling cards and accidentally removing lands I desperately needed, this ability is fantastic
