I'd tried to build Mono-White Humans a couple of times in the past, and the sticking point was always that Path to Exile was extremely necessary for our deck (there simply isn't a good substitute in the Modern format) but also way too expensive for the budget (eating up half of our $100 budget, which doesn't leave much for other powerful and semi-expensive cards like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben)
