That means that this person is not only alive, but about to be butchered and probably sewn onto a bunch of other people to make a Skaab Goliath or something
Black Lotus can be tapped and sacrificed for three mana of any one color and is one of Magics few 0-cost cards that are exceptionally powerful

Rakdos goblins often mess with sacrifice outlets, so theres always something decent to recur
The POP report for the Charizard SR (and by extension, the total SR POP from the Plasma Storm set) is leaps and bounds above any other SR single or set from the era, which should give you an idea of just how much supply is out there potentially waiting to get graded
While the pairing of lightning and fighting energy makes us scratch our heads a little (will people use Sada to make that happen or just Lost Box?) this attack is certainly one of the strongest in the game
