Many decks are encouraged to go tall on a single creature, like merfolk putting +1/+1 counters on a creature, decks relying on powerful auras like One With the Wind, or decks investing lots of mana into an expensive dinosaur
Follow it up after that with locking something that can't attack in the active, and that's pretty brutal
One card that really stands out is Orc Sureshot, which seems absolutely ridiculous with any token producers
Weak, but Skilled: Number 39: Utopia Roots's effect is an improved version of the effect of Number 39: Utopia, despite being a Rank 1 with only 500 ATK
These are usually the cards that players pick up for their decks, so this tells us what cards are expected to be competitively viable
