If you have a way to toggle your creature between tapped and untapped for the turn, say with a Fatestitcher or Freed from the Real, you can turn this 1-mana spell into removal for multiple threats
Really, the only way this is effective is if the opponent uses Monster Reborn, which is still Limited on the banlist
They could have simply included it in stellar crown and pull that one forward, since it is out in Japan for a while by the time (+ being it already getting illegally opened on the internet, its already been printed as well) edit: and as much as I love those promos, I wish they would be included in the special set they belong too and we would have gotten the three DLC Pokemon as promos instead
However, in-game purchases are already available for MTG Arena worldwide, so this can't really be the issue
