Those being over twice as big as cube decks and less under pressure to be quick are more than happy running the most costly payoff cards too so this would still see loads of play even if it were just one opponent
Despite these changes, blue maintains its identity as the best color for access to both countermagic and card advantage
First, have Azusa, Lost But Seeking and Ramunap Excavator, and at least three islands out on the battlefield
However, the ability to evoke when you need to is very powerful as you can answer creatures like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Murktide Regent or a creature carrying a Colossal Hammer, and the decks that play Solitude tend to be able to recoup this card disadvantage pretty easily
For three mana, this effect needs a ton of support to be worth it
