In Regards to his Effects: He was designed in every way to be a Power Crept version of Previous Dragon Ninjas, essentially a fix to their core flaws (Hence being Level 2 and not Bricky) Almost Every Dragon Ninja (Bar Red and White) Require you to Pitch Ninjas AND Ninjitsu Art cards for Their Effects, and Blue can only Pitch from the Hand, Where as Yellow and Black can Pitch from the Field as Well
