These appear in 33.3% of Collector Boosters and can be found in non-foil, traditional foil, or even galaxy foil

While this could change at some point in the future, especially if Wizards of the Coast actually puts the work into MTG Arena to allow new formats in the game, we're not expecting that to be the case any time soon
