Not only does it work with the tried and true Vampire Hexmage, but now you also have Thespians Stage to easily create a 20/20 indestructible
Because EX Pachirisu gets a pretty hefty buff once attached with a Tool card, the deck is trying to maximise the chances that one of the Tools will be in your opening hand (by playing multiple types) alongside cards like Pok Ball and Potion (to add a second EX Pachirisu to your hand and to heal whichever one you currently have on the board)
I do think a lot of effects in this deck might come off as scary to new players, so whoever grabs Chaos Incarnate might get early experience with being hated off the table
The incentive to assemble an army of mounted warriors to power up their lord really exemplifies the flavor of surrounding yourself with your trusted allies
Ive been killed before by someones Dualcaster Mage on my Torment of Hailfire, and getting the best part of Dualcaster on a spell that can also copy your triggers and do a redirect
I dont think commanders like Chatterfang, Squirrel General and Beledros Witherbloom will struggle to find the utility this two-drop provides useful
