As far as reprint value goes, this is not anything special, but the artwork is fantastic

Thus, FINAL FANTASY produces an interesting case as a Standard-legal Magic set - it's not powerful enough to where a ton of cards will have a huge impact, but at the same time it's refreshing to have a set introduced to the format that isn't full of cards that would drastically shake things up
However, the populated army token won't automatically gain +1/+1 counters, so you'd need an anthem or some other way to give it toughness or it dies immediately
Trample and Deathtouch together mean it really doesnt matter what your opponent has on board
Rip Apart Being a sorcery rather than an instant certainly holds Rip Apart back, but that doesnt mean it isnt a versatile and reliable removal spell
