Players can't take actions in between the time you destroy the target creature and the time it returns to the battlefield under your control

The toughness boost means its pretty good at saving creatures from red spells, as well

It (along with Enter the Dungeon) encourages me to play black

As I mentioned before, I'll try to post an update if we get more information on Collector's Boosters, but I'm not sure if or when that info will come out

I dont think any of this formats archetypes care about this, so I doubt its good enough to see much play
