Weve definitely won some games due to the ability to cast Dispersal, but more importantly it lets us cast any copies of Creeping Chill that we may have ended up drawing over the course of the game
This means that while he cannot block anything with protection from red or from white, he can still damage them if they block him (or if he uses his ability)
As a base starter deck, its a bit lacking in comparison to the Sapphire/Steel deck, but I can see a version of this deck being character heavy so that new Simba never misses his Boost ability trigger
The basic gist of the deck is you use your twelve enablers (Otherworldly Gaze, Cathartic Reunion and Thrilling Discovery) to get as many of your twelve dredge cards into the graveyard (Darkblast, Golgari Thug and Stinkweed Imp)
It's another free sacrifice effect and can become a major threat quite quickly
