All told Boros Charm is a great card that doesn't see much play because the good archetype you play it in isn't that fun of a deck to play nor is it that much more powerful than sticking mono red or mono white
Fierce Guardianship is another all-timer, but its a free spell, and free spells start to turn your deck into a high-power entity that wants to win at all costs
Thaumatic Compass / Spires of Orazca Thaumatic Compass might be deemed too slow for a more optimized deck, but Im a huge believer that Commander decks dont need to be optimized
