It basically lets us pay two mana per turn to draw three cards
There simply hasnt been enough support for Planeswalkers over the years for that type of deck to consistently succeed
Battle a few times to master your starter decks strategy, then open the included booster pack to upgrade it with even more powerful cards
Even if Kaito's triggered ability triggers more than once in the same turn (perhaps because one or more attackers had first strike, multiple players were dealt combat damage by your creatures, or there were multiple combats), and you return an attacking creature to hand each time, you won't be able to activate Kaito's loyalty abilities more than twice that turn
The card reads: Whenever one or more nontoken creatures you control die, create a green Fungus Dinosaur creature token with base power and toughness each equal to the total power of those creatures. If your creature dies, it just comes back to life as a mushroom dinosaur
Most cards in the deck are easily obtained at reasonable prices, let alone under its price tag of $149.99
