Throw in a very reasonable stats-to-cost ratio for a Kamigawa legend, and you have an incredibly solid Snakes commander
(There is psychological value to countering an opposing spell with a Force Spike since they are so easy to play around, yet it's not worth playing around them in Commander because they aren't heavily played, which makes getting your powerful spell hit by Jwari Disruption especially devastating.) As for the rest of the bunch, Silundi Vision is listed as an often play just because you need to be a reasonably spell-heavy deck for it to work
Based on what Ive seen, anyone with the right printer and technology can make functionally identical Magic cards
I recommend Archghoul in the 99 of any Zombie Tribal deck, even though cutting down to just 99 cards keeps getting harder and harder
If more "cantrips" (cards that replace themselves) were costed this aggressively, more of them would have been on this list
