While there may be more powerful cards in certain contexts, the unique abilities of Amy Pond make her a fun and flavorful inclusion in a deck, especially for fans of Doctor Who looking to add a thematic twist to their gameplay
Zendikar also had a minor milling theme that was cut back a bit in development (although the Hedron Crab is nothing to laugh at.) In the early days there was some doubt as to how much popularity milling has, but every time we've made a push towards an exciting milling card, the audience has been very receptive
Its certainly a role player and wont be ubiquitous in these decks, but the incidental value it provides is second to none
