Deranged Hermit I don't think I could think of a better name for this card than Deranged Hermit

Flood of Tears itself is easy to use as a board wipe, so the fact that it is an easy soft-lock combo involving an Eternal Witness drawn later is worth noting

It takes a long time to get there, but its one of the more efficient card draw cards out there in terms of mana cost
