The whole point of it being "sanctioned" was basically so that we could record turnout and back when planeswalker points were a thing people would get their little amount for participating, if people used proxies we didn't care, and if for some reason all of the 7-8 pods we had going didn't want a player with proxies the staff would make a pod with that player but even that never happened we only sometimes had too many people
