During your turn, you may play cards you don't own with stash counters on them from exile, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells

Its certainly one of the best draw spells, as its crept into formats like Legacy and Vintage

Heavenly Inferno You might not enjoy how rife the format became with cards like Kaalia of the Vast or Karador, Ghost Chieftain, but you cannot deny their power

However, in competitive Modern or Legacy formats, Jin-Gitaxias may be too slow and easily dealt with compared to other cards like Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Snapcaster Mage, making it less likely to see play in those metagames
