The card is certainly strong, but forcing your creatures to attack does put a restriction on what Commander decks will want this type of effect

Running out of cards in your hand when youre playing a deck built around creature type can be a death sentence, especially when your opponents have a ton of cards in hand
Decreeing that you dont wish to play against certain cards is tantamount to saying you dont want to be interacted with, and though theres obviously nuance to that conversation, you shouldnt expect to just talk people out of playing things you dont like, at least not in every game
