I don't see this being played in most decks, but in a deck focusing on expensive dragons being cheated in, this works quite well

The flipped card has the same mana value as the unflipped card because its the same card

Its just a hateful card

Theres a fun mix between creatures and other spells to give you a different strategy each game, especially if you switch commanders
