A great creature with Panharmonicon is Yarok, the Desecrated, a popular commander that functionally does the same thing but triggers every enter the battlefield of all permanents instead.
It seems great for a budget deck and possibly good enough to be a real tier option in our new Standard format, depending on how the meta shakes out
