The only critique I can make of her (and it is a subjective one) is that having such a powerful, reusable activated ability in the command zone tends to really collapse the gameplan of a deck into just over relying on that ability whenever possible
The Timey-Wimey ability is expensive but powerful: time travel three times is huge when you have multiple suspend cards or other cards that care about time counters
This means were looking at cantrips, rummaging, and wheeling, with a focus on speed, cheap cost, and a higher number of cards drawn
Whites mana ramp is simply so mediocre that this is still a top-tier card in the color due to needing no dedicated setup and being useful in early turns
And what are Samurais and Ninjas but set-specific versions of Warriors and Rogues
In terms of mechanics, Crisis Core hero Zack Fair is the same as ever
