This week, we're heading to Standard to try a budget deck I've been wanting to build since The Brothers' War spoiler season: Dimir "Draw Two." The idea is to overload on cards that reward us for drawing our second card for a turn, like Gixian Puppeteer, Gurgling Anointer, Faerie Vandal, and Evangel of Synthesis, and then...you guessed it...draw a bunch of cards
That is a LOT of mana though
Any counters on the exiled permanents will cease to exist
I have not tried them
So its beyond point 6 of PFMs chart with a general 5ish% or whatever annual growth like before the 2020 boom
