One thing to note about cards from this set is that they can only be played in Historic formats, meaning the cards available are not legal for Standard

If a creature's power is 2 or less when it enters but becomes greater than 2 while Vicious Clown's ability is still on the stack, Vicious Clown will still get +2/+0 until end of turn when its ability resolves

This is a combo commonly known as Future Top

But otherwise, I feel like I cant afford to cast this card pretty much ever

It's also great for commander recursion, though it would give me a stomachache to send my commander to the graveyard and then try to trigger this

Numbers 1, 7, 77, and 69 will likely have a surprising premium, going for far more than the bounty issued by Taps games
