Like most Magic: The Gathering cards, the value of Relentless Rats depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Secret Lair Drop)
Another factor, I reckon, is how the game includes a considerable number of cards that were simply never slated to come out in the West, including the 1999 Bulbasaur & Squirtle decks and majority of 1998s vending machine promos (125 total)
This set of Commander decks will be dropped on October 7, 2022
A great pickup that has held a decent amount of value since the release of Brilliant Stars in early 2022
I tend not to see it much, but it does occasionally make its way into a deck
